Printing

We have high a speed  addressing  printer in-house. We can print directly from an excel file sent to us via email, from an USB memory stick or CD. We can print your addresses directly on your mail piece – a sharp look- or we can print out on labels, if you prefer.

We can help you meet your deadline! With our direct mail equipment folding, tabbing and addressing; your direct mail campaign just got a lot easier. Our services also include the sorting, mail trays, USPS required paperwork and delivery of your mailing to the bulk mail center.

Addressing/Mailing Services

You will save time and money:

Standard Bulk Rate: With an electronic list and as few as 200 pieces, you can use standard bulk rate service. Use our permit or your own! We verify zip plus 4 with our USPS certified postal software. With an electonic list (excel or cvs), corrected and barcoded you will qualify for and enjoy automated bulk postal rates.

Duplicates: We purge them and let you know how many there were.

Mailing Lists: Don't have your own list yet? We can help!

We can also provide accurate and up-to-date direct mail lists from our list of broker partners.

We can offer a full range of direct mail lists allowing you to accurately target the best prospects for your business: you can filter consumers by your qualified criteria.

NCOA (National Change of Address) - new postal regulations regarding addressing:

To avoid undeliverable and return mail in the bulk mail system; the postal service requires under certain circumstances that mail lists be 'updated' through their database called: National Change of Address (NCOA). We can guide you through this process and also provide updates to your mail list - looking back 48 months.

Myths and Facts about Bulk Mail

Myth: Bulk Mail takes a long time to get delivered
